2Ps Caught It is an event videography business run by Tiffany Moye. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you submit the booking form, we collect the details you choose to share:

- Your preferred way to be contacted
- Event details, such as the service you want, the date, the location, estimated hours of coverage, and whether travel or lodging may be needed
- Anything you write in the description of what you want captured
If you call, text, or email us directly, we also receive the information included in that message.
How the form is sent
The booking form is delivered to us by email through FormSubmit, a third-party form service. FormSubmit processes your submission only to pass it along to our inbox. Its handling of data is covered by its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, confirm availability, and prepare your quote. If you book with us, we use it to plan and deliver your event coverage and to stay in touch about your booking.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except as needed to receive your form submission, or when required by law.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.
Embedded videos
The videos on our site load from Google Drive. When you view or play them, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond, prepare a quote, and manage any resulting booking, plus any period required for our business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Email contactme@2pscaughtit.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is meant for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
